1. Access & Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents under your supervision to use the Services.
You may be required to provide personal information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after successful payment and confirmation by Label Shopper. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders and will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Purchases are intended for personal use only.
Online purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit at our physical retail locations. Any return or exchange of an online purchase must be initiated through our online Return/Exchange process.
Purchases made at physical retail locations are subject to the return and exchange policy applicable to the store where the purchase was made.
4. Prices & Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All listed prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Label Shopper is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Ownership and risk transfer to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.
Online Order Returns: Orders placed through our website are subject to our Online Returns & Exchanges Policy. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical retail locations.
Damaged items: Any damaged item must be reported within 2 working days of delivery. Customers must email their order number and clear photo and/or video proof of the damage to info@labelshopper.com .
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, images, designs, and materials available through the Services are owned by Label Shopper or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
7. Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Label Shopper is powered by Shopify; however, all transactions occur directly between you and Label Shopper. Shopify bears no liability for purchases made through our store.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Label Shopper and supersede all prior agreements.
20. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without written consent. We may assign our rights without notice.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Label Shopper is headquartered.
22. Headings
Headings are used for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. Mobile Terms & Conditions
Label Shopper offers its customers marketing and promotional mobile alerts, such as cart reminders, by text message (the “Service”) on 20374. By participating in the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Signing Up and Opting In to the Service
Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Only United States mobile numbers are eligible to participate. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old.
Before the Service begins, you will need to agree to these Terms. Label Shopper reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time, with or without notice. Label Shopper also reserves the right to change the short code, phone number, or RCS agent from which messages are sent, and we will notify you when we do so.
By Opting In to the Service, You:
- Authorize Label Shopper to send recurring text messages, which may be automated or AI-generated, to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in at any time and frequency.
- Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
- Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number, or the customary user of that number on a family or business plan, and that you are authorized to opt in.
- Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free paper or email copy of the opt-in or update your contact information, email info@labelshopper.com .
To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or the remainder of your opt-in, you will need: (i) a computer, mobile phone, or other device with internet access; and (ii) a printer or storage space on the device. For an email copy, you will also need an accessible email account and software capable of displaying emails.
Content You May Receive
Once you affirm your choice to opt in to the Service, message timing and frequency may vary based on your interactions and initiated texts. You may receive alerts about:

- Event information
- Product launch announcements
- Cart reminders
- Back-in-stock alerts
- Price-drop alerts
- Low-inventory alerts
- Order confirmations and order updates

Forwarded Messages or Referrals
If you forward or share links contained in text messages from Label Shopper, interactions with those links, including clicks, sign-ups, or browsing activity, may trigger notifications or follow-up messages sent to you. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Consult your service agreement or contact your wireless carrier to determine your pricing plan and charges for sending and receiving text messages. You are responsible for any message, data, usage, subscription, or other charges incurred from using the Service.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers.
The Service may not be available through all wireless carriers. Label Shopper may add or remove carriers from the Service at any time without notice. Label Shopper and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages.
How to Stop the Service
To stop receiving text messages from Label Shopper, text STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to 20374 at any time, or reply with one of these words to any text message received from Label Shopper.
You may also contact us at 1-000-000-0000 or email info@labelshopper.com . These are the exclusive methods for opting out.
After opting out, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
Changes to Mobile Terms
These Mobile Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
25. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. Any dispute or claim relating to your use of Label Shopper Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.
This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and expressly includes claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 et seq., or any other federal or state statute, regulation, or legal or equitable theory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You and Label Shopper agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. (“FAA”), applies to this agreement to arbitrate and governs all questions regarding whether a dispute is subject to arbitration.
Unless you and Label Shopper agree otherwise in writing, arbitration shall be administered under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is filed (the “AAA Rules”).
As a court would, the arbitrator must honor the terms and limitations in this Agreement and may award damages and relief, including attorneys’ fees, as authorized by law and/or the AAA Rules. The arbitration decision and award will be final and binding, subject to limited exceptions under the FAA, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
By entering into this Agreement, you and Label Shopper each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class, representative, or collective proceeding.
This Agreement does not permit class arbitration, even if the AAA procedures or rules otherwise would. You and Label Shopper may pursue arbitration only on an individual, bilateral basis.
Unless you and Label Shopper agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one individual party and may not preside over any representative or collective proceeding.
You and Label Shopper are each responsible for respective costs relating to counsel, experts, witnesses, and other arbitration expenses. Label Shopper will pay the arbitration administrative or filing fees, including arbitrator and AAA case-management fees, for any claim seeking $75,000 or less, unless the arbitrator determines that the claim is frivolous. Otherwise, the AAA Rules regarding costs and payment will apply.
This agreement to arbitrate does not prevent you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies. If permitted by law, such agencies may seek relief against us on your behalf.
Severability
If any term of this Arbitration and Class Action Waiver section is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that term will be excluded to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability. All remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
To the extent permitted and possible, an invalid or unenforceable term will be replaced by a valid and enforceable term that most closely expresses the original intention.
If applying this severability provision materially and adversely affects the economic substance of the transactions contemplated by these Terms, the adversely affected party may be entitled to compensation for that impact, provided that the invalidity or unenforceability was not caused by serious misconduct by the party seeking compensation.
